Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 12 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. As a lot of our products are handmade on order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 1-8 weeks for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Deliveries are made during working hours on working days. We or our delivery partner will contact you via call or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

 

Returns

We do not accept returns. Goods once sold will not be taken back.

 

 

Refund & Exchange 

Refund options You may choose an exchange or store credit for the full amount of the items you purchased.

Refund method In rare cases, If approved, cash refunds must be issued to the same credit card, debit card, gift certificate, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.

Non-refundable The refund policy does not apply to prepaid installations, or such services once the installation or service has been performed.

Exchange method If approved, you can exchange your return for another product of equal value. In case of exchange to a product of higher value than your initial order, you will be required to pay the balance before your exchange order will be shipped. 

Items must be new Vivid Hifi may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Examples of conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:

  • A different serial number than the one Vivid Hifi originally shipped.
  • Missing parts or the original product packing material.
  • Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
  • Been used (such as when a product shows installation marks or such evidence of use).
  • Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling (including during installation or other damage).

How will I know if you've received my return?

We will email or mail you a letter confirming that the return was processed. 

How long does it take Vivid Hifi to process my return?

After we receive your package, we normally process your exchange or refund within 12 weeks.

 

Cancellations 

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped or within 24 hours of placing your order, You may choose an exchange or store credit for the full amount of the items you purchased.
